Week 35 - Nannie & Grampie Kelly Visit

We went to Wakefiled, Que on saturday we saw the steamtrain, had lunch and bought some great licorice.

Baby gets a new RIDE

We bought our Hyundai Tucson a few weeks ago but finally got around to taking a photo today.

Week 33 1/2 - Dr's Appt & Ultrasound

Today we went for our check up, all is well. Blood pressure is good for me, weight is good, baby is growing as expected. Baby's heart rate is 150bpm by the Dr.'s count. But the ultrasound revealed a more conclusive 145bpm.

Ultrasound went well, we were going to get another video, but the baby is soo large now, weighing in at 4lbs 8ozs it was hard to see much more than half a limb at a time. We did get a profile photo and as soon as I can find my scanner I'll scan it and post it.

On the ultrasound we saw, heart, kidneys, stomach, legs, arms, hands, feet and face. That will be all we see until we meet our beautiful baby in 6 1/2 weeks.

Baby is resting in the head down position, with back to my right side, bum just under my ribs.

I'm doing well, sleeping ok, most nights I sleep till 4am, then I'm struggle to go back to sleep.

Just 17 working days left at work, that is exciting and scarey all at once.

Baby Room - Reno's Complete

Week 32: Belly Grows

This week is 32 weeks, just 56 days to go. Seems like an eternity. I'm still enjoying the pregnancy. It's treated me well. We have hired a doula, we are happy to say. We met her last wednesday. She has 4 children of her own and has almost every type of birth possible, she will be a welcome edition to the labour/birth team.
