February - Is Winter Almost over?

Where has winter gone? Just a few more weeks of this left right? Ronan's started to ask to go to the cottage. We've tried to explain once the snow melts we can go. So any day that is warm/rains and makes the snow melts is a good day to go to the cottage by Ronan's estimate.

Ronan's learning about independence and how to exert his own this month. We've had some challenging days. He's learnt the limp trick where he just lays on the floor. Yes Mom I can hear you now. "That was your trick when you were little." It's payback time.

January 2010 Flew by

Wow it's February.. We've been busy. Here's just a few shots to keep you up to date on Ronan. He looks taller, but I measured, same as at Christmas, I think he's loosing his baby belly.

Skating on the Canal today, Feb 7th

Sporting his housecoat after every bath, he loves it.

This was today, Ronan was looking for a book, not sure he found it, but he did enjoy his search and found a few new books to read at bedtime tonight.

Hockey's been on the top of the play list for this past month, with Mom or Dad, small ball or big ball, upstairs or downstairs. When its hockey time its hockey time.

Ronan has been going up and down the basement stairs for sometime, but he's now started to use just the wall as his help.

He put these puzzles together all by himself last weekend.
