May Fun

May has brought on potty training with a vengence. Ronan is enjoying all his big boy underwear. There's been very few pullups during the day for the last week or so. Here's just a sample of his collection of very fine underwear, Tigger.

Ronan got a new outfit from Granny and he matches Grandpa! Thanks Granny for the Thomas shirt & shorts.

Ronan got a Batman/Spiderman cap for christmas from Nannie and Auntie Michelle and he's just discovered Batman and that if he runs fast it flys behind him. Look out Batman, here comes RONan!

May has brought us beautiful weather and we haven't wasted anytime getting out to enjoy the nice weather. Ronan has been happy to get back on the bike with mummy. We did a tour around our neighbourhood one Saturday morning to check out the yardsales and get some exercie.

May Long Weekend Fun

There was jumping off the dock. Matthew couldn't get the dock in fast enough for Ronan. Matthew was still in his chest wadders when Ronan stripped down and jumped in.



He was a little shocked by the cool temperature, but stayed in and did more jumping.

Our first canoe trip of the year to the big rock. Ronan even helped paddle our way there and didn't even drop his paddle once, even though we had it tied off just in case. We stopped for a snack and a look around.

Home again on Monday but the temperatures will still HOT! So we ran through the sprinkler quite alot.

April - Fire Station

We visited the Barrhaven firestation on April 24th for the Lion's pancake breakfast. Ronan got to sit in the fire truck, learn about fire safety in the safety house, eat pancakes and watch the fireman training. Ronan brought his very own fireman hat, but forgot to bring his fireman jacket. Hope it still fits next year!
